Return it within 90 days for a full refund. In the event your device fails within the first year, we will replace it free. You will only pay for return shipping to us.

What if I purchased my WireSprout on Amazon?

That’s not a problem, we can still help you with tech support and warranty requests. Just have your Amazon order number handy and fill out the contact form.

Do I need extra slots on my timer to use WireSprout?

Yes, WireSprout doubles your wiring capacity NOT your timers capacity so if you want to add an extra valve then you need an extra spot in your timer.

If you are bypassing a dead/cut wire then no. you use the slot that the dead wire is in.

What are the wire distance limitations for WireSprout.

We have not found any specific distance limitations but general sprinkler wisdom is advised, the longer the wire run the larger the gauge of wire you should use.

What if both zones come on at the same time?

Something is wrong, usually its a installation error. Snap a picture of the installation at the timer and in the yard and we can tell you what to change to get it working properly.

Is WireSprout a switch like competitor products?

NO Defiantly not. Each valve has its own wire and is programed at the timer to run separately.
